From Broadcast to Broadband

On June 28, 2006, the Senate Commerce Committee approved comprehensive telecom reform legislation, including Title VI, the "Wireless Innovation Act of 2006," which would open up unused TV channels (“white spaces”) across America for unlicensed use by wireless broadband devices.
