WACC's Executive Committee

WACC’s Executive Committee met in Antigua Guatemala, former capital of this Central American country. It took place 29 September to 1 October 2007. Members glimpsed Guatemalan reality in presentations by Ana Silvia Monzón on women, migration and communication and by Gustavo Berganza on media monitoring in relation to forthcoming political elections. They also had the opportunity of visiting the Mayan fortress of Iximche and of hearing about Mayan spirituality from local groups.
