IMPORTANT: When making a bank payment to apply for membership or to renew membership, please send an email to email@example.com indicating your name and the name of your institution, the amount, and the date you made the payment.
Applicants will be linked to the Region Association in which they are based. A final decision on an application for membership is taken only after the relevant Regional Association has had the opportunity to make a recommendation. Consequently, information included in and submitted with each application will be sent to the appropriate Regional Executive Committee for review. If you are not known to the Regional Executive, it will be helpful if you provide with your application the name of a current WACC Member who knows you.
Please note that an application will not be considered until the membership dues for the current year have been received by the Secretariat. Processing of applications usually takes between two and three months. Applicants are advised as soon as a decision is reached, and if an application is not approved, any subscription that has been paid is returned.
WACC has eight Regional Associations: Africa, Asia, Caribbean, Europe, Latin America, Middle East, North America and Pacific.
