Promoting Communication for Social Change
Taking Sides
WACC Asia Communication Sunday 2010 Print E-mail

The annual WACC - Asia Communication Sunday will be observed June 20 under the theme “Communicating hope amidst diversity: the challenges of multi-faith Asia”.

The region has prepared a booklet to guide churches and Christian institutions in celebrating the theme. The booklet provides liturgical resources as well as stories and ideas that can be used in the context of celebrating communication in worship.

A PDF copy of the booklet can be downloaded here: http://asia.waccglobal.org/images/stories/Asian-News/booklet-acs-2010.pdf

This is the second year in a row that the Region has undertaken to celebrate communication work. Last year’s theme was "Communication is Peace: Taking sides to build viable Communities".
