There are no translations available. The World Association for Christian Communication (WACC) is calling on religious leaders and communicators to emphasize the need for urgent and radical action on climate change in the run-up to the international Climate Conference in Copenhagen, Denmark, 6-18 December 2009.
Climate change, caused by human activity, is threatening the lives and livelihoods of billions of people and the existence of millions of species. WACC believes that tackling climate change is a matter of social justice. In response to the increasing concern for‘Climate Justice, WACC has initiated a new section on its website containing resources and articles intended to communicate environmental concerns, share knowledge, and advocate action. The new section is available at: http://www.waccglobal.org/en/activities/climate-justice.html
